Linkt Rewards Program – Supercheap Auto Offer Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Offer is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Super Cheap Auto Pty Ltd of 6 Coulthards Avenue, Strathpine QLD 4500 (“Supercheap Auto”).
  2. The term of the Offer commences online in Australia on the 16/09/2024 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 27/10/2024. ("Offer Period"). 
  3. A discount on eligible products when purchased online will be made available to individuals as determined by Supercheap Auto and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below. 
  4. The following Offers will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption online at www.supercheapauto.com.au on eligible products:
    1. 15% off RRP eligible products purchased online at www.supercheapauto.com.au.
  5. Exceptions:
    1. Offer excludes in-store items, Kincrome, Dewalt, sale items, bonus buys, tyres, charity donations, services, gift cards and shipping charges.
    2. Offer cannot be used with other promo codes or discounts.
  6. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3.  consent to Supercheap Auto sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Supercheap Auto website; and
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
  7. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Supercheap Auto discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”;
    2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Supercheap Auto to Linkt;
    3. click on:
      1. the “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to the Supercheap Auto website;
    4. On the Supercheap Auto website, proceed with the following steps:
      1. Browse the website and search for products.
      2. Add items to your Cart;
      3. Proceed to check out;
      4.  Enter Shipping Details;  
      5. Enter your unique promo code;  
      6. Choose your payment method;
      7. Review Order Summary; and
      8. Place your order;

      Once the purchase is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the discount applied to your purchase.

  8. You can redeem the Offer twice during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Redeem Offer” link via your account in the Linkt App and using your unique voucher code.
  9. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  10. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  11. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  12.  Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.
