Run for the Kids Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is offered and fulfilled by Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410) ("Linkt") and promoted and facilitated by The Herald & Weekly Times Ptd Ltd. (“Run for the Kids”).

  2. The term of the Offer is between 28/02/2025 and 17/03/2025 unless sold out prior or withdrawn by Linkt ("Offer Period"). 

  3. A 10% discount on Run for the Kids 2025 event entry will be made available to the first 1,000 entries made by eligible Victorian   Linkt customers who follow the redemption steps set out below in clause 7 and as determined by Linkt (“Offer”).     

  4. A unique discount code will be made available to eligible Victorian Linkt customers who access Linkt Rewards via the Linkt App. The unique discount code will not be available after the end of the offer period, or once the 1,000 entries have been redeemed (whichever is earlier).
  5. The offer is not transferrable.  
  6. To receive the Offer, you must:

    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions;

    2. be a Linkt Rewards member with an active account registered in Victoria (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to the Run for the Kids Terms and Conditions of entry and the Privacy Policy.
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
  7. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Run for the Kids discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”; 
    2. accept these Terms and Conditions;
    3. copy the unique discount code shown in the Linkt Rewards offer screen;
    4. click on the “Register now” button which will redirect you to the Run for the Kids website;
    5. On the Run for the Kids website proceed with the following steps:
      1. Select the 2025 Run for the Kids and enter your personal details; 
      2. Click the tick box acknowledging you have read, understood and agree to the Run for the Kids Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the exceptions and disclaimers;
      3. Enter your unique discount code obtained from the Linkt Rewards offer screen.
      4. The applicable discount will then be applied to your booking,   subject to the exceptions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
      5. Enter your payment information and complete the payment process through Run for the Kids.
    6. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period unless sold out prior by clicking on the “Register now” link via your account in the Linkt App and following the redemption steps in clause 7.
  8. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  9. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  10. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  12. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.
