Sydney Airport Parking Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by Tollaust Pty Ltd (ABN 37 050 538 693) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (“Sydney Airport”).

  2. The term of the Offer commences online in Australia on the 09/12/2024 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 08/12/2025. ("Offer Period"). 

  3.  An ongoing discount of 15% off on eligible parking at participating locations at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport when booked and pre-paid online in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be made available during the Offer Period to individuals as determined by Sydney Airport and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below 

  4. Exceptions:

    1. Excludes Blu Emu Parking bookings.

    2. Offer subject to availability at chosen location.

    3.  Offer cannot be used with other discount offer or promotion, cashback and company discount.

    4. Offer excludes all add-on products (i.e. add-on products will not be discounted).

  5. From time to time Sydney Airport may make available limited time promotions with greater discount or other benefits which will have additional conditions (“Additional Offers”). If applicable, Linkt will publish details of Additional Offers in the Linkt App. Linkt may also email you with details of the Additional Offer(s) if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from Linkt. Additional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions specified for the Additional Offer.  
  6. To receive the Offer, you must:

    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);

    3. consent to Sydney Airport collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the Sydney Airport Privacy Notice – Parking (available at: Privacy Notice - Parking) and Privacy Policy (available at: Privacy) on the Sydney Airport website and sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement (www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/sydney-airport-privacy-collection-statement) provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, and these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Sydney Airport website; and

    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.

  7. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:

    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Sydney Airport discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”;

    2. Click to accept these Terms and Conditions;

    3. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Sydney Airport to Linkt;

    4. copy your unique promo code

    5. click on the “Redeem” button which will redirect you to the Sydney Airport website booking page

    6. on the Sydney Airport parking pre-book website, proceed with the following steps:

      1. select the Terminal, Parking dates, entry time, exit time

      2. paste your unique promo code.

      3. click on “Choose your space” button;

      4. select preferred parking option. Your discount will already be applied; 

      5. complete your details and payment method;

      6. complete your booking.

    Once the purchase is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the discount applied to your purchase.

  8. You can redeem the Offer once per day during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Redeem Offer” link via your account in the Linkt App and using your unique promo code. New unique promo codes are not refreshed instantaneously upon redemption and will be made available no earlier than 9am the following day.

  9. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  10. You agree and acknowledge that:

    1. the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer; and

    2. the Parking Terms and Conditions on the Sydney Airport website (available at: Sydney Airport Parking - Terms and Conditions) apply to all bookings made for parking through the Offer.

  11. You agree and acknowledge that: you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  12. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is New South Wales, Australia.
