mycar Offer Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Offer is promoted by Tollaust Pty Limited (ABN 37 050 538 693) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Tyre & Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto (ABN 57 164 707 484) WA Lic. No. MRB5465 (“mycar”).
  2. The term of the Offer remains open until withdrawn by mycar or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App(s) or through an email to its customers.
  3. An ongoing discount on automotive servicing and inspections at all mycar stores and mobile units across Australia will be made available to individuals as determined by Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App, LinktGO App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below.
  4. The following Offers will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption at all mycar service centres across Australia:
    1. $20 discount off RRP on automotive fixed price essential servicing at mycar service centres across Australia when booked and paid online through the Offer Landing page.
    2. $40 discount off RRP on automotive logbook services at mycar service centres across Australia when booked and paid online through the Offer Landing page.
    3. $37 discount off RRP on mobile pre purchase car inspections with mycar mobile in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney metropolitan areas only when booked and paid online through the Offer Landing page.
  5. Exceptions:
    1. Discount does not cover repairs, purchase/installation of tyres, batteries, wipers or wheel alignments.
    2. Offers are available to consumer customers only and is not available to fleet, government or wholesale customers.
    3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction each other or with any other discount offer or price matching. Offer is subject to availability across mycar’s national store network and mobile regional network.
    4. Services for certain vehicle brands are unable to be booked and are excluded from this Offer. Excluded vehicle brands include BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, MG, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, Tesla, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, McLaren, BYD.
  6. If any aspect of this Offer cannot proceed as expected, for any reason including as a result of computer viruses, communications network or technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of Linkt or mycar, then Linkt or mycar may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer.
  7. From time to time mycar may make available limited time promotions with greater discount or other benefits which will have additional conditions (“Additional Offers”). Linkt will publish details of Additional Offers on the Linkt website, the Linkt App and the LinktGO App. Linkt may also email you with details of the Additional Offer(s) if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from Linkt. Additional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  8. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions;
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member or an active LinktGO consumer customer with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to mycar sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App, LinktGO App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the mycar Privacy Statements at www.mycar.com.au/policies/privacy-policy; and
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
  9. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App or LinktGO App (as applicable);
    2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from mycar to Linkt;
    3. click on:
      1. the “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to the Offer Landing page on the mycar website;
    4. On the Offer Landing page, proceed with the following steps:
      1. a list of servicing options will appear which you can choose from;
      2. select location, services, enter your personal details and complete the booking through mycar; and
      3. the applicable discount will automatically be applied to your booking, subject to the Exceptions outlined above.
  10. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Redeem Offer” link via your account in the Linkt App or LinktGO App.
  11. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  12. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  13. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  15. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is New South Wales, Australia.
  16. The following Additional Offer will be made available between 10am, Tuesday 8 October 2024 and 4pm Monday 21 October 2024. (Additional Offer Period) for redemption at mycar service centres across Australia:
    1. 100 off RRP applied to any available Logbook Service (Logbook Offer) at mycar stores and mobile units across Australia when booked and paid online through the Offer Landing page.
    2. You must book and pay between 10am, Tuesday 8 October 2024 and 4pm Monday 21 October 2024 (Logbook Offer Period) to receive a $100 discount off your logbook service. The Logbook Offer is only valid if the Offer Logbook Service is completed by close of business on 1 November 2024.
    3. Eligible bookings must be made within the Logbook Offer period and service must take place by 1 November 2024.
    4. The Logbook Offer will no longer be applicable on any Offer Logbook Service that is cancelled, or that is rescheduled to a date or completed after 1 November 2024, and any cost difference will be payable at the time of service.
    5. You must select the correct logbook interval (by months or kilometres travelled, in accordance with your logbook) when booking their Offer Logbook Service. If, upon inspection of your vehicle/logbook/records, mycar finds that the interval has been incorrectly selected, the cost may be adjusted to reflect the correct service cost which may involve you paying a difference or receiving a partial refund.
    6. Offer Logbook Service bookings are subject to availability.
    7. The Logbook Offer cannot be applied to a booking already confirmed or serviced prior to the Logbook Offer Period.
