Global Escapes Offer Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Offer is promoted by Tollaust Pty Ltd (ABN 37 050 538 693) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Ignite Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 54 113 281 726) of Suite 127C Oasis Centre, Victoria Avenue Broadbeach QLD 4218 (“Global Escapes”).
  2. The term of the Offer remains open unless withdrawn by Global Escapes or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App(s) or through an email to its customers.
  3. An ongoing offer of discounted holiday packages from a curated selection of properties and locations during the Offer Period will be made available to individuals as determined by Global Escapes and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount, inclusions and relevant use period will be as set out in Linkt customer communications, co-branded Global Escapes website, Linkt App, LinktGO App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below.
  4. Global Escapes will make available during the Offer Period a selection of curated holiday packages, tours and cruises which will be discounted and may also include a range of additional inclusions which can be booked online. The individual holiday packages, tours and cruises will be available for booking and travel during the advertised times and subject to the conditions as advertised on the co-branded Global Escapes website at the time of booking. Packages will be available for a limited time and may have a limited number of packages available.
  5. Exceptions: Unless stated, offers exclude flights, airport transfers, meals, drinks on meals, optional programs, visas (if required), travel insurance (strongly recommended), tipping, personal expenses. Anything not explicitly specified are at your own expense. Airline bookings: If your chosen package includes flights, please note that most airlines are not able confirm flight bookings until approximately 8-10 months prior to departure, if your booking has been made outside of this window, please note that the airfares included in your package holiday are based on a specified allowance at the time of booking and should there be a significant increase in airfares, taxes or government fees, then an airfare supplement maybe imposed. The airlines have the right to reschedule or cancel flights at any time and is outside the control of Global Escapes and Linkt.
  6. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions;
    2. be a Linkt Customer Rewards Program member or an active LinktGO consumer customer with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to Global Escapes sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App, LinktGO App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Global Escapes website;
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer; and
    5. agree to the relevant Offer terms and conditions on the Global Escapes website via the Linkt App or LinktGO App (as applicable) and navigate to the Global Escapes discount offer under “Linkt Customer Rewards”;
  7. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App or LinktGO App (as applicable) and navigate to the Global Escapes discount offer under “Linkt Customer Rewards”;
    2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Global Escapes to Linkt;
    3. click on:
      1. “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to the Offer landing page on the Global Escapes website;
    4. On the Offer landing page, proceed with the following steps:
      1. a list of available holiday packages, tours and cruises will appear which you can choose from;
      2. select offer and enter your personal details;
      3. check the tick box acknowledging you have read, understood and agree to the Global Escapes terms and conditions relevant to the Offer, the exceptions and disclaimers; and
      4. enter your payment information and complete payment process through Global Escapes. The applicable discount will have already been applied to your booking, subject to the Exceptions outlined above.
  8. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Redeem Offer” link via your account in the Linkt App or LinktGO App.
  9. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  10. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  11. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is New South Wales, Australia.
