Travelling with a suspended account
When overdue payments on a Linkt account aren't made, your account will be suspended. This means you won't be covered for your toll road travel.
You can reactivate a suspended account by paying the outstanding amount.
How to know if your account is suspended
If you travel with a tag, it will beep 4 times to notify you that your account is suspended. You can also log in to check your account status at any time.
If your account is suspended, we may also try to contact you with your preferred contact method (email or SMS).

Suspended accounts and toll invoices
If you travel while your account is suspended, you'll receive a toll invoice for any trips you make during that time, which includes additional admin fees. Toll invoices can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in the mail.
You can transfer a toll invoice to your account or pay for the toll invoice.
It's important to pay for your toll invoice before the due date so that you avoid being charged further fees. If you don't pay by the due date, you'll receive a final toll invoice reminder, which includes an increased admin fee.
If the toll invoice remains unpaid by the due date, the vehicle's owner may be issued with further infringements.
