How can we help?

I have an account but I received a toll demand notice

There are a few reasons you can receive a toll demand notice with an account:

  • The vehicle you were driving wasn’t added to your account or the licence plate number was entered incorrectly
  • Your tag is faulty, has a flat battery or incorrectly installed. Take the tag health check to see if your tag is working correctly
  • The vehicle you were driving wasn’t linked to your account
  • Your account was suspended when you travelled, which usually means there’s an amount owing, including when:
    • An auto payment didn’t go through, make sure your account is always topped up and active
    • Your Linkt balance didn’t have enough funds to cover the cost of your trip ( Prepaid Accounts)

Find out what to do if you received a toll notice but weren't driving

If there's an unpaid toll demand notice linked to your vehicle, we'll notify you in your account.

If you have a Commercial account, make sure you pay your monthly statement by the due date to avoid having your account suspended.
