We’re currently undergoing planned technical upgrades until Sunday 28 July 8am to make sure our systems continue to run smoothly.

At this time, account access via the website is temporarily unavailable for all customers, as well as automated phone services. Additionally, the Linkt app is temporarily unavailable for customers in New South Wales and Queensland. Account access via the app is available for customers in Victoria, with some limited functionality.

Following the upgrades, accounts can be accessed from Sunday 28 July 8am.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to stay up to date with outages via our news centre or visit our online help centre for useful resources and tips.

What services are unavailable?

Our website is still available to visit, however Linkt account holders won’t be able to log in to their accounts or complete any account maintenance (for example adding or removing vehicles, ordering a tag or making manual payments). Online services such as opening a new account, buying a pass, paying an invoice, transferring or nominating toll invoices aren’t available during this time.

Account access via the app is available for customers in Victoria, with some limited functionality.

For customers in Victoria and New South Wales, our Contact Centre will be closed during these times as per normal operational hours. Our Queensland Contact Centre will be open Saturday 27 July 7am to 7pm, however, services are limited and we'll be unable to make account changes or accept payments.

Is travel impacted during the technical upgrades?

No, toll road users can travel as normal. However, you may notice a delay in trips being charged and added to your account until after the outage. This may trigger multiple payments to your account depending on your account type and payment arrangement.

Can I redeem my Linkt Rewards offers during the technical upgrades?

During the outage, you won’t be able to access your Linkt Rewards offers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to redeem your offers outside of these times
