Travel while waiting for your tag
Your tag can take 7-10 business days to arrive.
You can still travel on toll roads while waiting for your tag to arrive. Just make sure you add your vehicle to your account and you’re covered for travel. You will be charged a video matching fee when you travel without a working tag.
Once you receive your tag, make sure it is correctly installed, then you’re good to go.
Video matching fee refunds
If your tag is faulty or has a flat battery (it doesn’t beep when you pass a toll point), we'll refund any video matching fees charged to you in the last 90 days by crediting your account. We’ll credit any video matching fees you’re charged in the 30 days after you let us know your tag is faulty.
The fee refund is available for one vehicle only and is processed after we receive your old tag. You must send the tag back within 21 days to be eligible for the video matching fee refunds.
