You have different options to pay your toll road trips in Brisbane. How you pay depends on the type of payment arrangement you have and how you set it up.

Pay with an account

Cover trips made up to 9 days ago on all roads in Queensland.

Tag account

  • Auto & manual top-up: Auto will top-up when your account balance reaches a low balance state. Manual you can choose when and how much you wish to top-up.
  • Online or via the Linkt app with a debit or credit card, or auto payments from a linked credit card or bank account
  • BPAY
  • In person/with cash at participating newsagents or United Petroleum outlets. Minimum payment is $20 by debit card, credit card, or cash. Find a location.
  • Over the phone with a credit or debit card on 13 33 31

Tagless account

  • Auto payments after travel: Your card is charged at the end of the day.
  • Auto payment from your linked credit or debit card. 

Pay with a pass

Road passes can cover trips made up to 5 days ago on all toll roads in Queensland.

Road Pass

  • Auto payments after travel: Your card is charged at the end of each trip.
  • Auto payment from your linked credit or debit card. 

Pay without logging in

You can make a quick payment to your account or Road Pass without logging in. All you need is your account or pass number and your payment card details.

Pay in person

You can pay a toll notice and top up your account at participating United Petroleum or newsagent outlets. Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card or cash. A minimum payment of $20 applies for manual account top ups.

Pay with a toll invoice

Without an active account or a valid pass, you’ll receive a toll invoice to cover the cost of any toll road trips you make.

If you travel on a toll road without paying for it, you’ll receive a toll notice in the mail within 4 weeks. Toll notices include the cost of your unpaid trip, and an administration fee for each toll road travelled. Using a toll notice to pay for your travel is more expensive. If you receive a toll invoice, you can pay it:

  • Online or on the Linkt app
  • By transferring it to your Linkt account
  • In person at participating retail outlets
  • Over the phone with a credit or debit card on 13 33 31.
