I have an account but I received a toll invoice
There are a few reasons you can receive a toll invoice with an account:
- The vehicle you were driving wasn’t added to your account or the licence plate number was entered incorrectly
- Your tag is faulty, has a flat battery or incorrectly installed. Take the tag health check to see if your tag is working correctly
- The vehicle you were driving wasn’t linked to your account
- Your account was suspended when you travelled, which usually means there’s an amount owing, including when:
- An auto payment didn’t go through, make sure your account is always topped up and active
- Your Linkt balance didn’t have enough funds to cover the cost of your trip ( Prepaid Accounts)
