How can we help?

View your latest Linkt statement

You can view your Linkt statement online or via the Linkt app by following these steps:

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Statements from the menu.

  1. Tap on History tab.

  2. Tap on Statements .

Important things to note

  • We'll send you an email to let you know when your most recent statement becomes available.
  • You won’t receive a statement if there aren't any trips or transactions made.
  • Statements are generated quarterly by default. You can request monthly statements.
  • If you need an ad-hoc statement for a specific date range we can request a statement for you for a fee of $3.30
  • Get in touch with customer service for any further assistance.
