How to reactivate your suspended account
If your account is suspended, you have an amount owing. To reactivate your account and cover your toll road travel, you need to pay the amount owing.
To view your account status, any amounts owing and to make a payment, log in to your account online or via the Linkt app.
If you travel while your account is suspended, the trips won't be charged to your account. Instead, you'll be posted a toll invoice or notice. Toll invoices have additional fees, so it's recommended you reactivate your account to avoid these fees.
- Log in to your account
- The default screen is My Account, where you can see your account balance, account status and any amount due.
- To reactivate a suspended account, click Make a payment and pay the amount due. This brings your account balance back to $0. You will also need to ensure you have added sufficient credit in your account to be able to use your account to pay for future tolls.
How to keep your account active
Before you travel, make sure you have enough credit in your account to pay for future toll road travel. You can do this by topping up your account manually or with auto payments to ensure your account is always good to go.
How do I know if my account about to be suspended?
If your account becomes overdrawn you will see a notification. Make a payment to bring your account balance back into credit.
When you travel with a suspended account
Travelling on toll roads while your account is suspended means your trips won't be charged to your account. Instead, the vehicle owner will receive a toll invoice in the mail within 4 weeks of travel.
Toll invoices include your toll road charges plus admin fees. You can avoid these admin fees by reactivating your account before you travel.
