How can we help?

Order a replacement tag for your Commercial account

If your tag isn't beeping when you pass through toll points, it may be faulty or has a flat battery. Before ordering a replacement, take the tag health check to ensure your tag is installed correctly.

If your tag is still not working after completing the tag health check:

  1. Order a replacement tag online by selecting Tags and holders from the menu

  2. Select Order tags and follow the prompts
  3. Return the faulty tag and we will remove it from your account
