Vehicle matching fee refunds
If your tag is faulty or has a flat battery (it doesn’t beep when you pass a toll point), we'll refund any vehicle matching fees charged to you in the last 90 days by crediting your account. We’ll credit any vehicle matching fees you’re charged in the 30 days after you let us know your tag is faulty.
The fee refund is available for one vehicle only and is processed after we receive your old tag. You must send the tag back within 21 days to be eligible for the vehicle matching fee refunds.
Activating your new tag
Once your tag goes through a toll point, it will beep and become ‘Active’ on your account.
