How can we help?

Why have I received an email, SMS or phone call reminder about an unpaid toll notice?

Overdue toll demand notices are sent via email, SMS or phone call when a vehicle registered in your name travelled on a Brisbane toll road without a valid toll account or pass. This reminder is a follow-up to an unpaid toll demand notice and final toll demand notice that were both posted to the vehicle’s registered address. The toll demand notice is now overdue.

When both the first and final toll demand notice go unpaid you may be contacted by email or SMS using the contact details linked to your vehicle registration.

How can I stop receiving overdue toll demand notice reminder messages?

Avoid fines and debt referral and pay outstanding tolls today. Search for toll notices online using your licence plate number.

We're obliged to contact you via email, SMS or phone call, to help you avoid this debt being referred to a debt collection agency or an infringement notice from Brisbane City Council or the Queensland Tolling Offence Unit.  If you have any questions or are having trouble paying, please give us a call on 13 33 31. We're here to help.

How do I know if an email or SMS is legitimate or a scam?

There are some instances where you will receive a legitimate message from a Debt Collection Agency (DCA) on behalf of Linkt about unpaid toll notices for your toll road travel.

Legitimate overdue toll notice reminder emails or SMS’ from Linkt for travel on these toll roads will refer you to the Linkt website (linkt.com.au/late) or the Linkt mobile app to search and pay for overdue toll notices. These communications will never ask you to provide personal information or payment details by reply email or SMS. If you are unsure about any links in the messages, please do not click on them. Instead, navigate to linkt.com.au/pay-for-tolls to find out how to search and pay for your toll notices.

If you think you've received a scam, spam or phishing email posing as Linkt or a toll road operator, you can report it to us to help us fight the scammers. Find out more about latest scams.
