Why have I received a letter from a debt collection agency?
When you travel on a toll road without a valid pass or account, a toll notice requesting payment for your trip plus additional admin fees will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle.
If this first notice goes unpaid, a follow-up final toll notice is then issued.
When we send a final toll notice, you have 14 days to pay the full amount. You may receive an sms or email reminder to pay your overdue notices if you have 3 or more unpaid toll notice from the same Sydney toll road.
Unless you pay, or an alternative arrangement is made within this time, the debt may be referred to one of our debt collection agencies.
The following debt collection agencies have been authorised to act on our behalf:
Collection agency | Phone |
---|---|
Collection House | 1300 241 743 02 9220 0215 |
ARMA (formerly Credit Solutions and Credit Clear) | 02 4036 3205 |
