I received a toll notice even though I bought a pass
If you bought your pass within 5 days of travelling on a Sydney toll road and you received a toll notice, lodge an objection with us. The sooner you can lodge your objection, the sooner we can investigate.
How to lodge an objection

If you're sending your objection via post, make sure to send it at least 7 days before the toll notice due date. It's important to lodge your objection as soon as you can, to avoid additional fees.

You need to include:
- A copy of the front of the toll notice or the following details
- Toll notice number (find this on the toll notice)
- The licence plate number
- The state of vehicle registration
- The reason for the objection and your signature
