Information for financial counsellors

The Linkt Assist team works with financial counsellors, legal advisors and community welfare organisations to find funding solutions for their clients that may have tolling debt.
 


We can work with you to help your clients by:

  • Giving them more time to pay for their toll road travel

  • Providing an ongoing payment plan tailored to their needs

  • With consent, advising state enforcement groups and other toll road operators of your client’s situation

Contacting us on behalf of a client

Please email an authorisation form to us at FCLinktAssist@transurban.com. If required, you can download and complete our Letter of Authorisation form. We’ll work with you to tailor a solution for your client. You can include any questions you have in your email or call us on 1300 110 129 to speak to a member of the team.

If your client would like to contact us directly, they can call 1300 767 865 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday AEDT (excluding public holidays) or complete our Linkt Assist application form.
