Standard licence plate numbers by state
To help make sure you add the correct licence plate number to your account, you can double check it below against the standard licence plate patterns that apply to each state.
It's worth noting that standard licence plate number patterns don’t apply to custom plates, motorcycles or taxis. And not all licence plate numbers will follow these patterns, so use the table below as a guide only.
