Verify your phone number

Sometimes, LinktGO sends messages asking users to verify their mobile numbers.

Verifying your mobile number is important because it helps keep your personal details and trip history secure. Phone numbers can get reassigned by phone companies to others, so this allows LinktGO to confirm you’re still the correct user on the app.

To verify your mobile number, all you need to do is launch the app and follow the steps provided.

Make sure you verify your number by the deadline to keep your trips covered. If you miss this deadline, all vehicles and your personal info will be removed from LinktGO to protect your privacy.

If you do miss the deadline, you can contact LinktGO's support team for assistance.

Update your phone number

To update your LinktGO phone number:

  1. "Deregister" via the app by selecting 'More' > 'My details' > 'Deregister'

  2. Re-register for LinktGO using your new phone number
  3. Select 'Get in touch' and send a request to migrate your LinktGO history from your old number to your new number
