Trouble logging in to your account
You need your username and password to log in to your account. If you can’t log in, follow these steps to recover or reset your login details.

Common issues
Some common issues customers experience when trying to log in are:
- Username was misspelled during setup – If you think your username was set up with a spelling error, you will need to contact Linkt customer care to help you reset your username.
- Forgotten username or password – please see below for instruction on how to find your username first, then reset your password.
- Locked out of your account – If you've tried to login in with an incorrect password too many times, we will give you a prompt that your account will be locked. As a security measure, there is a limit on the number of incorrect login attempts to protect your account. In this instance, you will need to contact Linkt customer care to gain back your access.
Recover your login details
Find your username
- On the log in screen, select Find username
- Enter either your email address, mobile phone number or Linkt account number
- Choose to receive your username by SMS or email
- Check your messages.
Reset your password
- On the log in screen, select Reset password
- Enter your username and click 'Reset password'
- You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or an email reset link within a few minutes
- Follow the instructions in the SMS or email and enter the verification code when prompted
- Enter and confirm your new password
Note: SMS validation codes are valid for 5 minutes, and email reset codes are valid for 1 hour.
If you can't reset or recover your logins by SMS or email, please contact Linkt customer care.
Make a payment without logging in to your account
You can also make a quick payment without logging in to your account. All you need is your account or pass number, and a credit or debit card to make the payment.
