Order a replacement tag for your Commercial account
If your tag isn't beeping when you pass through toll points, it may be faulty or has a flat battery. Before ordering a replacement, take the tag health check to ensure your tag is installed correctly.
If your tag is still not working after completing the tag health check:
- Order a replacement tag online by selecting Tags and holders from the menu
- Select Order tags and follow the prompts
- Return the faulty tag and we will remove it from your account
