About the Linkt app

The Linkt app makes it easy to manage your Linkt account from your mobile or tablet device.

You can open an account, view your trip history, top up your account, pay toll invoices, view statements, and update your details while you’re on the go. Download the Linkt app for free on the App Store or Google Play.

All you need to get started is:

  • To have installed the app on your device
  • Your login details (username and password)
  • A compatible mobile device or tablet
  • An internet connection with data
  • A current email and phone number

Start using the Linkt app

Just download the app from a compatible device and log in. Before you can access all the app's features, you need to add your email and phone number to your account. If you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them from inside the app.

Suspended and locked accounts
You can still use the app if your account has been suspended and make manual payments to reactivate your account.

As a safety measure, your account will lock after 10 incorrect login attempts. If your account is locked, you won’t be able to log in online or through the app - please contact us to re-enable your account.
