  • How to redeem your Secure Parking reward

    Ready to save with Secure Parking? Here’s how?

    1. Log in via the Linkt app.

    2. Tap on the Rewards tab to access your offers. Not yet a member? Accept the Linkt Customer Rewards T&Cs.

    3. Select Secure Parking, accept the offer terms, and tap Redeem. You’ll be taken to the Secure Parking website.

    4. Choose your available parking location and confirm your booking - your discount will be automatically applied.

  • Sharing your rewards

    You need to access Linkt Customer Rewards through the Linkt app.

    Linkt Customer Rewards is available to all Linkt account holders (excluding passes, Rental consumer accounts, and Commercial Accounts). So, if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the Linkt app with their username and password to access the rewards.

  • Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

    No. Linkt Customer Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Having trouble redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards?

    Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming Linkt Customer Rewards: 

    • Retrying after seeing an error. If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try redeeming the offer again.

    • Updating your app to the latest version. To access Linkt Customer Rewards, you'll need the latest version of the Linkt app. 

    • Checking your Linkt account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, you won't have access to Linkt Customer Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to bring your account out of suspension and access the rewards program.
