How to redeem your rewards

  1. Log into your Linkt account, or open a new account, via the app (scan QR code above to download it)
  2. Go to ‘Rewards’ tab > choose your reward > 'Redeem'
  3. Enjoy your reward!

Exclusions: Linkt Rewards is not available to Passes, Rental Consumer customers, Commercial Accounts, or suspended accounts. Read the full Terms & Conditions.

  • Eligibility for Linkt Rewards

    All you need is an active Linkt consumer account (excluding Passes, Rental Consumer customers, and Commercial Accounts) and the latest version of the Linkt app.

    An active account means one that isn’t suspended or in the process of being closed. If your account is suspended, you’ll need to make a payment on your account to access your rewards.

  • Accessing Linkt Rewards

    Linkt Rewards is free to join. 

    1. Simply log in to your account via the Linkt app. Don't have the app?

    2. Tap on the Rewards tab and accept the Linkt Rewards T&Cs.

    3. Select the offer of your choice and accept the offer T&Cs to redeem and save. 

  • Marketing consent

    By accessing your rewards in the Linkt app, you agree to Linkt Rewards T&Cs  and to receive the latest updates and special offers from Linkt. So, every time we add a new offer or a special discount, we’ll let you know while you remain opted in to receive promotional communications from us. We also use your personal information to personalise messages to you about Linkt Rewards, such as offers we think might be of interest to you.    

    To opt out, update your communications preferences by logging in to your Linkt account on our website, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant communication.  

  • Sharing my rewards

    Linkt Rewards is available to all Linkt consumer account holders. So, if there’s more than one person on your account, there’s no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in via the Linkt app to access rewards on their device. 

  • Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

    No. Linkt Customer Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. 

  • Having trouble accessing Linkt Rewards?

    Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming Linkt Rewards. 

    • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Linkt app.
    • Check your Linkt account status. If your account is suspended, you’ll need to make a payment on your account to access your rewards.
    • If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try again.
