  • What are the deals and how can I view them?

    You can view the specific offers via the Linkt app, where Rewards members can tap through to a Global Escapes booking page. Offers are updated regularly, so the selection is always evolving and expanding. 

    Log into your Linkt account on the app to start exploring holidays. 

  • How often can I redeem these offers?

    You can book as many Global Escapes holiday packages through Linkt Rewards as you like. 

  • How to redeem your Global Escapes offers via the Linkt app
    1. Log in to your Linkt account in the Linkt app. Don’t have the app? Download it now. 
    2. Tap on the Rewards tab. (Accept the Linkt Rewards T&Cs first if you’re not yet a member.) 
    3. Select Global Escapes, accept the offer terms, and tap Redeem. 
    4. You’ll be taken to the Global Escapes booking page to browse holiday packages. 
    5. Select your desired package, review the applicable terms for your holiday package, and tap on Book Now. 
    6. Customise your package as needed, enter your details to complete the booking, and you’re good to go.  
  • Can I book my holiday package over the phone?

    Yes. Simply call the phone number displayed on the Global Escapes website to speak directly with a travel consultant. Your Linkt Rewards discount can still be redeemed if you book this way. 

  • What if none of the Global Escapes packages suit me?

    When booking, you can make some customisations to your package. For example, you may be able to change the length of your stay, upgrade your room, and add extra people to the booking. 

    If none of the packages interest you, check back in a few weeks. New deals are added each month! 

  • I have more questions!
