Ordering a replacement tag

As long as your Transurban Linkt account is active, our tag health check can help you figure out if your tag is faulty, and will let you order a replacement online.

Otherwise contact our customer care team, who can arrange for a replacement tag to be sent to you. 

If you originally paid a deposit for the tag, a $15 deposit is still required for a new one, but this will be refunded to your account when we receive the broken tag.  

If your tag is leased, a replacement will be issued. If the broken tag is not returned within 21 days a $15 non-return fee will be charged to your account.
