Travelled within the last 3 days?

A Sydney Pass is the easiest way to pay for your toll road trips if you've travelled in the past 3 days.

You can buy a pass online.

Travelled 4 to 7 days ago?

You can pay for toll road trips you've made in the last 7 days by opening an account or adding a vehicle to an existing account and backdating the start date.*

If you don't cover your travel within 7 days, you'll be sent a toll notice which will include additional fees.

* You can do this for travel on the Eastern Distributor, Hills M2, Lane Cove Tunnel and Westlink M7 in NSW, or CityLink in Victoria.

Travelled more than 7 days ago?

If you travelled on a Sydney toll road more than a week ago, you should receive a toll notice in the mail soon.

Alternatively, you can get a discount on the toll notice fees by opening an account and transferring the toll notice.

You can buy a Sydney Pass or open an account after you've travelled, but there are time limits for doing so.

For the Sydney Pass, you have 3 days after your first trip to buy a pass.

For Tag and Tagless accounts, you have 7 days after your first trip* to open an account.

If you don't cover your travel in these time frames, a toll notice with payment instructions will be sent to the vehicle's registered owner.

*Backdating is only available for travel on Eastern Distributor, Hills M2, Lane Cove Tunnel & Military Road E-Ramp and Westlink M7 in NSW and CityLink in Victoria. If you have travelled on Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel, or M5 South-West Motorway account backdating is not available.
