Traffic incidents on toll roads
When a traffic incident occurs on a toll road, it can seriously disrupt traffic flow. Speed limits may be lowered to ensure safety around the incident.
To check for active incidents, visit the traffic incident updates page for the state you're in:
- Live Traffic NSW or Traffic and roadworks NSW (Linkt)
- Traffic and roadworks Victoria (Linkt)
- Traffic and roadworks Queensland (Linkt)
Get roadworks alert notifications
Using the Linkt app you can now easily sign-up for live traffic and roadwork alerts by following these simple steps:
Open the Linkt app
Go to ‘More’ tab and select ‘Notification Settings’
Toggle ‘Road Alerts’ on
Under ‘Road Watchlist’ you can manage preferences by only selecting roads for which you would like alerts on
Using the three tabs you can also select roads in different regions under VIC, NSW and QLD
You can also select the day of the week and time of the day that you would like to receive alerts.
