How do I make a complaint?
If you have feedback or a complaint about Linkt, we want to know.
Please contact us using one of the avenues below. That way we can review what went wrong and work towards putting things right straight away. One of our support staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
You can make a complaint by:
- Chatting online, Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm AEDT,
- Phone Linkt customer care on 13 33 31, Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm AEDT,
