How to claim
- Ensure you have met all the eligibility requirements
- Login to your ServiceNSW account
- Go to the 'Myservices' tab and add the 'toll relief' service type
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity and confirm your accounts are linked
- Go to Toll Tracker - if you are eligible the amount you can claim will be shown
- Select 'claim now' and confirm your bank account details are up to date
- Review claim and submit
