Claim the LTRVTR
The Large Towed Recreational Vehicle Toll Rebate (LTRVTR) is for eligible NSW residents who have towed a trailer, caravan or float on a Sydney toll road. We’ll email you when your statement to claim the rebate is available.
If there's a statement missing for a particular period, it's likely there were no trips or transactions made during that time. When this happens, we don't generate a statement.
When you can claim the rebate
Once you’ve registered, you can claim the rebate once a quarter. Claims can only be made after you’ve received your quarterly statement.
After registering, you can also cover a past trip from within that quarter. For example, if you register in February, you can claim rebates for trips made in January, February and March (one quarterly cycle).

How to claim the LTRVTR online
- We’ll let you know when your most recent Linkt statement is available
- Log in to your Linkt account
- Select ‘Cashback and rebates’ from the menu
- On the Cashback and rebates screen, select ‘Submit a claim’
- A secure Transport for NSW Cashback Online Claim site will open in a new window. Follow the steps to submit your claim online.
You can’t submit a Cashback claim from the Linkt app. If you search for 'Cashback' on the Linkt app, the search results will direct you to the steps above.
Rebate payments
Rebates are paid into your savings or cheque account via an electronic funds transfer (EFT). Online claims are processed in up to 7 business days. Email or postal claims are processed in up to 20 business days.
Missing statements and checking on your claim
We’ll let you know when your most recent quarterly statement is available. If you haven’t received a statement, it’s likely there were no eligible trips made during that time.
