Update your payment details or method:
- Log in to your account
- Select 'Payment details' from the menu
Enter or edit your updated payment details and select 'Set up'
.Note: If you are on manual payments, you will only be able to use a credit or debit card, and you may be charged a payment card surcharge for each transaction. When you pay with direct debit (auto payments only), you aren't charged a payment card surcharge.

Update your payment details or method:
Open the Linkt app.
Tap Manage auto top-up or Set auto top-up, depending on what you want to do.
Enter your auto top-up and trigger amounts, or set a low balance warning if you're on manual payment.
Tap Next and choose a payment method (Direct debit from a bank account or credit/debit card).
– Update to auto top-up or manual top-up
– Update your top-up and trigger amounts
– Update your low balance warning amount if you're on manual top-up- Tap on a saved payment method under the Payment methods section to edit a saved payment method
- If you’re linking your bank account to switch to direct debit, read and accept the Direct Debit Service Agreement
If you're switching to a credit or debit card, you may be charged a payment card surcharge for each transaction. When you pay with direct debit (bank account), you aren't charged a payment card surcharge. Tap Save.
