I am experiencing a loading error on the page

You may be experiencing a technical issue when visiting the Linkt website because the operating system and/or browser configuration your device uses is not compatible with our secure online environment and therefore experiencing a blank white screen after logging in or other loading issues.

We use advanced security software to maintain our technology platforms so that customer accounts and data are protected.  

As a result, some older non-secure operating systems and browsers are blocked from accessing the secure online account environment. If you use one of these operating systems or browsers, you’ll need to upgrade it to access your account:

If you need to make a payment urgently, you can try to make it using the Linkt app or by contacting us.

Have an issue submitting an M5 cashback and rebate claim?

If there is an issue with the 'Submit a claim' button and you are on an iOS device, go to Settings> Apps > Safari and turn off Block Pop-ups.
