How can we help?

How can I check the balance of my Toll Credit Pass?

You can check the balance of your Toll Credit Pass online. However you won't be able to make changes to its end date or the licence plate number it's linked to.

All you'll need is your reference number, which is printed on your receipt. The reference number printed on your receipt maybe 10 or 15 digits.

If the reference number starts with 0003 (generally passes purchased after September 2020):

  • Add 55 before the reference number and 000 after the reference number
For example, reference number 0003123456 would be entered as, 550003123456000.
  • Select Check balance

If the reference number starts with 900 (generally passes purchased before September 2020):

  • Add a 0 after 99 and remove last number
For example, reference number 990001234567890 would be entered as, 990000123456789
  • Select Check balance

It may take 10–15 seconds for your balance to be returned.

If you get an error message when you try to check your balance, you may have used all your included credit or your pass may be over 3 years old.

If you think you'll use Brisbane toll roads for longer than 3 years, you might like to consider opening an account.
