Toll credit support is available to eligible Linkt account customers only. If you don’t have a Linkt account, but are experiencing financial difficulty, we can help you with existing toll bills and fines.

    Apply for toll credit support

Toll credit support is now available to Linkt customers experiencing financial difficulty to cover the cost associated with essential toll road travel, where taking a free alternative route isn’t reasonably possible. It’s a one-off credit, applied directly to eligible customer accounts.

Some examples of travel that may be eligible for toll credit support include:

    • Emergency situations including medical emergencies, family violence and natural disasters
    • Travel to and from medical treatments or support services for serious conditions
    • Caring or visiting family members or co-dependents with a serious medical condition

Non-essential toll road travel includes trips that can be taken on a free alternative route for activities required in everyday life, such as shopping, non-urgent or standard medical appointments, school or childcare, or going to work.

You don't meet the criteria for toll credit because you can use an alternative route. However if you are experiencing hardship and need some support with your existing tolling bills or fines please fill out the rest of the form below and our team will assess your application.

Please estimate how many return trips you will need to make on a toll road in a seven day period. Maximum number of trips is 20.
