How to make a complaint: 

If you’ve spoken with our customer care team and are unsatisfied with the outcome, you can make a complaint to us and one of our dedicated team members will review it for you.

With your complaint, please tell us about:

  • The products or services your complaint is about 
  • Why you aren’t satisfied with the outcome of speaking with our customer care team, and  
  • What you’d like us to do to resolve the issue. 

Your personal details:  

  • Your name 
  • Your contact details 
  • Your Linkt account number (if you have an account), or  
  • Your licence plate number
