  • How to redeem your Europcar rewards

    To redeem your Europcar offer:

    1. Open the LinktGO app

    2. Tap the 'Rewards' tab

    3. Tap on the Europcar offer to reveal offer details

    4. Agree to the offer T&Cs and consent to receive promotional communications from Linkt

    5. Tap 'Redeem' to go to the partner offer landing page 

    6. Make your booking with the partner – your discount will be automatically applied

  • Where to redeem this offer

    You’ll need to redeem this offer through the Linkt or LinktGo app. You’ll be taken to the Europcar website where your discount will automatically be applied.

  • How often you can redeem this offer

    You can redeem this offer as many times as you want.

  • Can I combine my rental car offer from Linkt with other Europcar offers?

    The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Europcar promotion.

    If you are a member of a frequent flyer program, and Europcar is a partner of this program all your qualifying Europcar rentals will earn points if you correctly provide your frequent flyer membership details at the time of booking. See Europcar for more details.

  • Sharing your rewards

    You need to access the Europcar offer through the LinktGo app.

    LinktGo Rewards is available to all LinktGo account holders (excluding passes and Commercial Accounts). So, if you have more than one person on your account, there's no need to share the offer. They simply need to log in to the LinktGo app with their username and password to access the rewards.

  • Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

    No. LinktGo Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Having trouble redeeming Linkt rewards

    Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for redeeming LinktGo Rewards: 

    • Retrying after seeing an error. If something goes wrong, you may see an error message. If this happens, try redeeming the offer again.

    • Updating your app to the latest version. To access LinktGo Rewards, you'll need the latest version of the LinktGo app. 

    • Checking your LinktGo account is not suspended. If your account is suspended, you won't have access to LinktGo Rewards. You'll need to make a payment on your account to bring your account out of suspension and access the rewards program.
