We’re currently undergoing planned technical upgrades until Saturday 11 May – 1:00PM to make sure our systems continue to run smoothly. At this time, account access via the website is temporarily unavailable for all customers, as well as automated phone services.

Additionally, the Linkt app is temporarily unavailable for customers in New South Wales and Queensland. Account access via the app is available for customers in Victoria, with some limited functionality.

Following the upgrades, accounts can be accessed from Saturday 11 May – 1:00PM.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to stay up to date with outages via our news centre or visit our online help centre for useful resources and tips.

What services are unavailable?

Our website will still be available, however Linkt account holders won’t be able to log in to their accounts. Services such as account maintenance, opening a new account, buying a pass, paying an invoice, transferring or nominating toll invoices won’t be available during this time. Our automated phone service will also be unavailable.

Account access via the app is available for customers in Victoria, with some limited functionality.

For customers in Victoria and New South Wales, our Contact Centre will be closed during these times as per normal operational hours.

For customers in Queensland, our Contact Centre will be open Saturday 11 May 7:00AM – 7:00PM. However, services are limited and we'll be unable to make account changes or accept payments.

Paying toll invoices during the technical upgrades 

If your toll invoice is due on Friday 10 or Saturday 11 May, you’ll be able to pay by Sunday 12 May with no additional fees.

Is travel impacted during the technical upgrades? 

The outage does not affect our tolling systems, and toll road users can travel as normal during the outage. 

Can I redeem my Linkt Rewards offers during the technical upgrades?

During the outage, customers in New South Wales and Queensland won’t be able to access Linkt Rewards offers, as the app will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to redeem your offers outside of these times.

Customers in Victoria can continue accessing Linkt Rewards offers during the outage.
