- From the log in screen, select Reset my password
- Enter your username and click 'Reset password'
- You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS (or you can choose to receive an email reset link) within a few minutes.
- Follow the instructions in the SMS or email and enter the verification code when prompted
- Enter and confirm your new password
- You're good to log in with your new password
- Open the Linkt app
- Select ‘Log in’
- Select ‘Forgotten your login details’
- Select ‘Forgotten password’
- Enter your username
- Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS. You can also choose to receive an email reset link instead
- Enter and confirm your new password
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. SMS validation codes are valid for 5 minutes, and email reset codes are valid for 1 hour.
Once you’ve successfully updated your password, we'll send you a confirmation message.
Contact our customer care team if you:
- Can't receive your password reset by SMS or email; or
- Receive a verification code you didn't request and think someone has tried to access your account
